Optimize UCSF’s on-site and flexible work strategy for faculty, staff, and academic personnel to support UCSF’s mission of excellence in research, education, and care delivery. Increase on-site presence, establish predictable schedules for flexible roles, and enhance opportunities for leadership visibility.
Use of Public, Limited-Public, and Special-Use Grounds for Expressive Activities is limited to those grounds expressly identified below and subject to Time, Place, and Manner restrictions as detailed in UCSF Administrative Policy 600-27: Expressive Activities Held on UCSF Property (Procedures - Section B).
Provides compliance with federal and state law by prohibiting hazing of students and outlining reporting responsibilities and training requirements.
Establishes requirements and protocols for UCSF and its employees to follow during the acceptance, management, and disposition of equity in start-up companies.
Reflects authority, financial responsibilities, including escalation, and contacts and brings UCSF into compliance with requirements under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and California State Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).

Requires that the exercise of free and open expression on University Property is conducted compliant with First Amendment rights, with orderly and civil behavior that ensures public safety and does not disrupt University operations, patient care, or damage UCSF Property.
