The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) invites comments on a proposed new policy regarding On-Site and Structured Flexible Work that applies enterprise-wide.
This policy is available via Boxand includes:
- Effective date of no later than January 1, 2026
- Optimization of UCSF’s on-site and flexible work strategy and clarification of institutional expectations for where UCSF work is conducted
- Establishment of authority for control points, including categorizing jobs as on-site/flexible/off-site, setting specific expectations related to schedules and anchor days, and ensuring compliance and enforcement
- Transition provisions
