Requirements delineated identify and manage or eliminate conflicts of interest to promote objectivity in research design, conduct, and reporting.
This new Campus Administrative Policy (CAP) establishes a process for implementing federal regulations and State law regarding conflicts of interest in research. The requirements delineated in this policy are intended to identify and manage or eliminate conflicts of interest in order to promote objectivity in the design, conduct and reporting of research.
The following CAPs are rescinded as a result:
